Our staff are experts in language and working life, we have extensive knowledge of the local labor market and at the same time we work across entire regions in the country. We work closely with the local business community to create flexible matching solutions.

We work closely with many employers where we can match the right participants. Our network is nationwide and consists of companies in many different industries. Clustera is basically an authorized recruitment and staffing company, which means that it is in the nature of the business to be constantly on the labor market and find the hidden jobs.

If your goal is to find a new job or education, we will make a focused effort so we achieve your goals together. For example, you get support in contacts with employers, take part in our network with companies, language training, computer training, job search, apply for training, practice before interviews and meet vocational study counselors and more.
